My natural makeup look/routine.

So we all see these models who can pull of the 'no makeup' makeup look on the catwalk, and lets be honest they are probably caked in the stuff. So I was procrastinating during some work and thought id show you my 'flawless' natural look. I wear this look sometimes at school or when I'm going to my friends or just when I'm going out but don't want to do the whole hog of makeup.

So I started by using my 'Sleek bare skin foundation' and as you do just apply that all around your face. Then I used my 'The collection brow kit' using the two darkest colours and blending to create my shade. I used my 'Claque' travel bronzer with brush under my cheekbones as a very Subtle shadowed contour. On the apples of my cheeks I used my sleek blush in 'coral' to crate a gorgeous glow. On my eyes I used my 'Body shop single' eye shadow in a very nude pink tone (I think is rose)
, then in my crease taking my 'Sleek vintage romance palette' and using the reddish-brown colour.
My mascara was the 'Clinque fuller lash' and on my lips I used the new Vaseline of 'Quenn bee'! *cough* Beyoncé *cough*

This month has been full on fashion, with all the fashion weeks all over the place. I have honestly been amazed by the creations and incredible styling's from all the fashion directors.
But the one designer that has to be the stand out collection for me is 'Elie Saab spring summer collection'. Its so captivating and in all honesty I am lost for words on the beauty of these outfits.

Who has been your favourite designer?

Lights, Camera, Action.

Hello,

So I was asked to help with a photography shoot for a project an of course I did help. So all I had to do was pose. I have to say I was really digging my makeup look that day, no way is it a 'natural look' its very much a Intense eye look and bronzed face. I don't know I just liked it, so I thought id show you what I used to create it. I find that creating intense looks are a lot more fun since you can be as experimental as possible.

So my foundation was the 'Revlon nearly naked' honestly guys this foundation is incredible, it makes you look flawless and  isn't sticky or heavy on your face.
My concealer is the 'Rimmel match perfection' I love this concealer its honestly amazing, and gives great long lasting coverage.
Then for the powder I used my Rimmel stay matte over my concealed parts of my face, then my No7 pressed powder over my foundation, to ensure the highlighted concealed parts stay highlighted.
For my

Now for the eyes I started by using my 'Urban decay naked palette' All over my eyelid I used 'naked', Taking 'buck' on the outer parts of my eyes and blending into my crease and inwards, blending well (no harsh line!) just packing it into the corners. Using 'dark horse' I put that into the very outer parts of my eyes increasing the darkness. I finally over the top of 'naked' I put sin, to create a contrast between light and dark, giving a subtle glitter.
For my eyeliner I used *shock horror when I pull out soap and glory* I'm addicted to this soap and glory super cat, it gives great depth and colour, its easy for even the 'amateurs'(me) of winged eyeliner, to do. the tip of the liner is a great structure to be a simple glide over the lid. With this eyeliner i brought it right into my corner of my eye and brought it down a little way on my water line. Then taking my Rimmel scandal eyes I applied that all over my low eyelid.
For my mascara I used both 'Rimmel wonderful' and 'Rimmel fuller lash' these to work brilliantly together to create a fuller, older and brighter eye look.
On my lips I used my Clinque lip stick in 04 mega melon.
Thank you for reading if you've made it this far.

Its a forever 21 obsession

Hello,
I have been meaning t do this post for  a while now. Anyway HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!! I'm currently sat writing this and have no plans, as always!
So anyway about a month ago I went into Birmingham and took a trip to forever 21. Like seriously can they bring a Forever 21 to Cambridge please okay thanks. Anyway this trip was bad for my bank balance, oops. Now I saw this stripy body suit and instantly fell in love, Body suits for me are a staple item, you can make them your own. Since I live in the UK and we have no chance of a hot sunny day, I also purchased a few snuggly winter things. I purchased these they remind me of those horse riding leggings, but I purchased these maroon leggings with a elastic top. I think this outfit looks super casual and adorable together, then I paired it with my Laura Ashley denim jacket.

A little not about the items:
If your not a fan of low back and low cut body suits, do not purchase, I went straight in and didn't even try it on in store.

Common things bloggers do.

So I've been blogging for *counts fingers*6 months about, and at first I was a bit like oh what am I doing, I have no clue, but now I am in the swing of things and enjoy blogging. I as a blogger have noticed many common things that I do now, that I wouldn't of done if I didn't start blogging and I feel as if I need to share them with you all.

If you do any of these id love to know, here we go..

when shopping:

So you know when your out shopping with on your own or with friends, and you spot a top, trousers, skirt or any one piece item;yeah. Well you always have to go on the hunt to create a whole new outfit although you know full well you have stuff that would go with it at home.

Also, when your in a store and see a eye shadow or lipstick and you just know you can now do a new makeup look with that one item, or even review it.

You tend to spend more due to wanting to create a good blog post... although you  know you don't need this new jacket or new eye shadow palette but purchase it anyway just to create something new?

Your wish list
As a blogger I know I have a fashion and beauty wish list as long as the grand canyon but also all the stuff on that list is out of my budget so you are constantly looking for dupes of that product, or just hoping that thins magically fairy will deliver it you in your sleep *cough* valentines day next week*cough*

Beauty:

You automatically know what colour eye shadow you are wearing, from which palette or your lip shade. So your sat with your friends and they compliment you by saying "your eye shadow on point girl" *clicks fingers* and you automatically thank them and say what's in your crease, what's on your eyelid etc.

Hauding:

I will happily admit to this one I keep makeup even if it has no use; even if there is the tiniest bit of concealer that isn't even worth using I will keep it. Our makeup collections are often out of hand yet we still purchase ore, cause lets be honest if you have a lip line you will want various shades to suit that colour.

Appearance:

The perception of fashion and beauty bloggers is that we spend everyday spending hours sorting out our outfit and makeup, even if were not going anywhere *pfft* what lies. As a fashion and beauty blogger that is sitting with no makeup on hair up in a high bun, a crop top on and trackies on; I think this perception is wrong. If we want to look nice we will spend time, but to be frank from all the other beauty gurus they as well as myself will happily go out in a jumper and leggings with no makeup.

This was a rather different post to what I do, I hope you enjoyed it.

Hello,
So I had a clear out, yes a clear out, I actually managed to get rid of things and not hoard it. The majority of the things that I got rid of was bath and beauty 'essentials' *shock*. My room was begin to look like a bathroom with all the products, so I convinced my mum to let me have a cupboard in our bathroom so I could put my 'favourites' and everyday use products in there. So I thought id show you as the majority of the items on show are in fact my all-time  favourites...
